Cancellations

Single reservations canceled outside 7 days prior to arrival will be given a full refund. Cancellations within the 7 day limit will be charged the full reservation amount.

Flexible Rate Reservations can be canceled up to 3:00pm on the day prior to arrival for no charge. Reservations that are canceled after that time will be charged the full reservation amount. This rate is not valid for group reservations.

Reservations that are part of a group of three or more rooms and/or part of a special weekend event fall under Group Reservation policy. A 15% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the remaining payment will be taken 60 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations that are canceled within 60 days of arrival will be charged for the full reservation.

No refunds/changes available for prepaid/non-refundable rates.

No refunds for early departures.

Pets

1898 Waverly Inn does not allow pets.
