Please read these Terms of Service completely using waverlyinn.com which is owned and operated by 1898 Waverly Inn. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at waverlyinn.com.

Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Single reservations canceled outside 7 days will be given a full refund. Cancellations within the 7 day limit will be charged 50% of the reservation or a minimum of one night. Reservations that are part of a group of three or more rooms and canceled within one month of arrival will be charged for 50% of the reservation or a 1 night minimum. Group cancellations outside the 30 day policy will be charged 10% of the total reservation.
No refunds for early departures.
1898 Waverly Inn does not allow pets.
